The Band Program at CRES is under the direction of Mr. Muscara.
Students who choose an instrument in the BRASS, WOODWIND or PERCUSSION families will become a member of the
Commack Road Concert Band.

Percussion Family
The percussion family includes a variety of instruments. Students learn to play many instruments. In order to play in the percussion section, students must have their parents call and speak to Mr. Muscara during the Spring of their 3rd grade year and arrange for private lessons. |
There are two bands here at CRES. Level 1 and Level 2. Generally speaking, fourth grade students are members of Level 1 Band and fifth grade students are members of Level 2 Band.
